Managing Director
Panos delivers Development Management and Project Management, through the complete development life cycle. Panos has delivered in excess of $400 Million in projects in his previous role as Construction Manager and brings with him his ability to influence design for buildability in turn delivering projects on time and to budget. Panos has successfully completed many mid and high rise developments. As a qualified engineer Panos has strong technical skills ideally suited to value management.
Wade Keenan
Project Director
Wade's focus is on all aspects of successful project execution and delivery. With 20 years experience in business strategy and leadership, Wade has a deep understanding of key resource management and organisation.

He has a proven track record in delivering results in a number of companies across various industries; most significantly in his appointment as COO of a large scale integrated property development business.
Hugh Jones
Market Director
Hugh is a proven property strategist with an intrinsic understanding of the connection between market needs and product design. Hugh is responsible for ensuring that all project marketing and sales objectives are met.

With 20 years experience, he has bought and sold over 1,500 properties and provides strategic advice to private and corporate investors. In addition, Hugh is a licensed estate agent and has successfully developed numerous residential projects.
Andrew Donaldson
Finance Director
Andrew ensures the financial management and governance of all projects, including delivery of regular transparent financial reports to all stakeholders.

With 18 years experience Andrew has facilitated funding of over $2 Billion in financial transactions and co founded Homestar Finance, Non-Bank Lender of the year 2008, 2009 and 2010.

He specialises in advising borrowers, sponsors and developers and also understands construction and property development related issues in his capacity as a qualified Lawyer and Town Planner.
Sophie Whittakers
Development Manager
Sophie's expertise is in co-ordinating and analysing development opportunities. She utilises a discerning detail focused approach, ensuring compliance; practicality and design quality are balanced and maintained.

With qualifications in Interior Design and Construction Management Sophie understands the relationship between design and efficiency. Over the last 10 years Sophie has specialised in work on high-end projects locally and internationally, including boutique single residences and luxury hotel developments.
